INFORMATION / FESTIVAL GUIDELINES
- Children 12 and under receive FREE admission when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Festival entrances open at 10am on Friday August 19th, 2011. Early Bird Ticket holders will be allowed to enter the festival at 3pm on Thursday August 18th 2011. No early entry will be allowed, please do not arrive early.
- We reserve the right to search any vehicle and/or person upon entry.
- Wrist bands must be worn at all times while on the festival site. No exceptions! You will be charged double the face value ticket price if you are on site without a wrist band and/or charged with tresspassing and ejected!
- All sales are final. NO REFUNDS will be issued. This is a rain or shine event.
What will be provided to campers
- 2 Vehicles per campsite "carpooling is a great idea"

- Trash, compost & recycling stations

- Ice will be available for purchase at the Cadillac Ski Team booth

What to bring
- A ticket or money for a ticket. Please do not arrive empty handed.
- Tent & sleeping bag
- A friend
- A blanket to sit on
- Warm clothes for cool nights, including a heavy sweater or coat
- Comfortable clothes for lukewarm nights
- A swimming suit & towel for a trip to The Pine River
- A toothbrush
- Baby wipes / cleansing cloths
- Bug spray
- Sunscreen / sunglasses / hat for shade
- Plastic trash bags
- Extra toilet paper
- An extra set of car keys (you'll thank us later when you want to leave after the festival)
- A lantern or flashlight with extra batteries
- A flag or balloon etc. to identify your campsite

- A small luggage lock for your tent (please don't bring any valuables - if you must, keep them locked in your vehicle and out of view)
- A rain poncho / rain gear (It is Michigan; anything's possible)

The "No" List
- NO Illicit substances
- NO Weapons or violence of any kind. Either will result in immediate ejection.
- NO Beer kegs
- NO Hunting
- NO Fireworks
- NO Open fires / camp fires
- NO Vehicles in designated forested areas
- NO Laser pens or similar focused light devices
- NO Glass bottles in concert area
- NO Alcohol or smoking in posted restricted areas
- NO Loud recorded music or generators
- NO Drumming after midnight. Out of respect for the neighbors in our community and your neighboring campers who may want to sleep.
- NO Blocking fire lanes
- NO Unauthorized vending (click here if you would like to become a vendor)
- NO Motorized vehicles (golf carts, ATVs, etc.). This applies to all areas- camping, parking and the concert venue.
- NO Pets. If a pet (other than a service pet) is found in your vehicle, you will be turned away. We have learned from experience that pets, especially dogs, have been trapped in overheated vehicles, bitten people and been lost, much to the anguish of their owners. These types of events are not designed for pets. You must contact us ahead of time if you will be brining a service dog and must be able to provide the approriate paper work. No exceptions.
- NO Tall lawn chairs, beach umbrellas or any other items that might impair the sight of other music fans.

Two modern campgrounds are also located within 1 mile of the festival grounds. Below are links and phone numbers to those campgrounds. Shuttle service will be provided from Kestelwoods and Coolwater Campgrounds.
