VOLUNTEERING PROCESS= PURCHASE VOLUNTEER TICKET>UPLOAD PHOTO/BIO>SIGN UP FOR 2 SHIFTS
Volunteers must arrive BETWEEN NOON-5PM ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 17TH. VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION meeting is Thursday, August 17th at 6PM. All volunteers MUST attend orientation to receive wristbands, shirts, meet their coordinators and learn imperative shift instructions.
NON-VOLUNTEERS MAY NOT ARRIVE EARLY WITH REGISTERED VOLUNTEERS. VOLUNTEERS CAMPING IN RVs MUST PURCHASE A REGULAR RV PASS BASED ON LENGTH at HOXEYVILLE.COM/ADMISSIONS
You MUST purchase a volunteer wristband BEFORE committing to shifts. Your receipt is our cue to verify your choices!
You MUST upload a profile photo and detailed bio in Help the Herd. Help us get to know you! No pic/bio? No bueno. Choose 2 shifts. Shifts are canceled without volunteer wristband purchase.
You MUST select shifts promptly after purchasing your ticket—this significantly streamlines the approval process.
