VOLUNTEERING
So you're interested in volunteering for this year's festival. That's great! Below you'll find everything you need to get started.
Getting Started
- All volunteers must purchase weekend ticket to the festival.

Volunteers will receive:
- A limited edition festival t-shirt
- FREE onsite camping
- Early admission on Thursday August 18th, 2011 at 3pm
- Ticket reimbursement after completing all their shifts. $75 cash and a "hoxey bucks" gift certificate for the Official Hoxeyville Merchandise Store which may be used for the purchase of Official Hoxeyville merchandise.
- A huge sense of satisfaction at being a part of Team Hoxeyville by helping put on a world class event!
- Volunteers will be required to work 10-14 hours. This is usually split into three shifts throughout the week before, after and/or during the festival weekend.
- Volunteer positions include information booth, volunteer booth, merchandise tent, parking, green team, camp ground walkers & security.
- Hoxeyville is dedicated to promoting a festival environment that adults and children can enjoy. Please keep in mind while you are volunteering you are representing Hoxeyville Music Festival.
- There will be a volunteer orientation meeting on THURSDAY August 18th, the day BEFORE THE GATES OPEN FOR the festival. Once accepted you will receive details reguarding this onsite orientation.
- To be considered you must complete the application below. Once your application has been submitted you will be contacted by phone / email if your application has been accepted.
- Completing this form does not guarantee you will be chosen for a volunteer position!
