Emma has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for 2. She is from Ann Arbor where she teaches at The Yoga Republic and SUP Yoga on the Huron River. Her teaching combines principles from alignment based vinyasa and hatha to create a balanced all levels class. Her classes focus on mindfulness of the breath with adaptations provided so that there are poses available for everyone. These upbeat morning classes will be the perfect way to stretch out any sore muscles and energize the body for more dancing throughout the day!
