volunteers must be at least 21+ and agree to purchase a discounted admission in exchange for working TWO 4 hour shifts during the weekend. in fairness, we require a day and evening shift. volunteer tickets are not refunded.

INSTRUCTIONS
Purchase a volunteer ticket below. If you are interested in volunteering and already have a weekend ticket purchased, please contact us. All volunteers require a Volunteer ticket; we will refund your GA admission and have you purchase the Volunteer ticket.
Click the Purchase your Volunteer Ticket button below. If you are purchasing multiple volunteer tickets, each person needs to fill in their own details and department choice and add to cart when prompted.
Volunteer tickets are not shipped. Volunteers receive wristbands and shirts at check in. Volunteers may arrive Thursday, 8/8 between 5-8pm, unless scheduled earlier. Gates close at 9pm. Please do not plan to arrive late- you will not be admitted after 9pm. It is not necessary to arrive early if your shifts are later in the weekend.
VOLUNTEERS BRINGING AN RV NEED TO PURCHASE AN RV PASS
Volunteers camping in RVs MUST purchase an RV pass ahead of time. Standard RV policy applies.
RVs parked in RV camping. RV passes are extremely limited and availability is not guaranteed at the gate.

Volunteers must represent the festival in a professional manner. While on your shift, please wear proper close-toed SHOES, not flip flops, NOT BAREFOOT. Certain positions like Kids Tent or Green Team will require you to bend over or kneel, so please wear respectable and appropriate clothing. Please wear your volunteer shirt while on shift. If this is not possible, refrain from offensive or political graphics or revealing garments.
Non-Volunteers may not arrive early with Volunteers. (Exceptions made for families with young children)
Volunteers must notify their coordinator if unforeseen circumstances lead to late arrival or missed shifts.
Background checks based upon your name and birthdate are conducted for all applicants. This information is private and secure, and helps ensure safety for all.
Hoxeyville has a zero tolerance illicit drug policy. Volunteers, vendors and attendees are searched up on entry. Volunteers found with any illicit substance are turned over to law enforcement.
Smoking/vaping/drinking alcohol during your shifts is unacceptable.

Available Departments:
Parking Team: Seeking welcoming personalities who can to remain calm but assertive guiding attendees to their campsites under Parking Staff supervision. You may be assisting in our wooded camping. Close-toed shoes are mandatory.
Kids Tent: Assist our staff with ongoing prep/clean up of activities, supplies, and performances, monitor playground to ensure children are not entering without a supervising adult. Please do not bring children to work with you. You are welcome to bring your family to the kids area after your shift is over. You will periodically be bending or kneeling to help in the Kids Tent. Appropriate clothing is imperative.
Green Team: Assist trash and recycling leads to keep the grounds tidy. Close-toed shoes are mandatory. No flip flops, no bare feet!
Gate Crew: Liaison between Box Office Staff and Parking team to patiently and efficiently assist attendees as they enter the festival site. Answer questions to the best of your ability, direct and maintain lanes of vehicles entering. Help look up orders, wristband attendees and guide them to the proper camping areas. You may be placed at either the main or production entrance.
