FEES & DETAILS

  • Hard Goods Vending fee for a 10'x10' space is $500- your $25 application fee has already been applied- for a balance of $475, and includes two (2) weekend wristbands, camping adjacent to your booth (for car/tent), and electricity to booth only for lights. NO air conditioners or power to RVs. RV passes are purchased separately.

    • Double booths may extend 10'x20' DEEP, not 20' frontage. Any additional space behind your paid sales space may be used for parking/camping. RVs are not guaranteed adjacent parking, though we try our best to accommodate. RV passes are purchased in addition to your vending fee.

    • Hoxeyville does not provide tents. Vendor tents MUST have straight legs (white easy-up type, not blue slanted leg type that take up more than 10' across).

    • Free standing displays/racks placed perpendicularly out front of booths are prohibited. You will be asked to move anything sticking out further than 2 feet from your booth. Please respect the flow of foot traffic in the venue, and the impact extended displays have upon your neighbors. If you need more vending space, purchase a double booth.

    • Extra helpers must purchase a regular weekend ticket through Admissions. Only 2 adult passes included per booth.

    • Children of vendors 12 and under are free. Ages 13+ require paid weekend admission. Children of any age are not allowed to wander grounds or visit the kids tent for activities without parents or guardians. If your children will not stay at your booth, please make alternate arrangements for them.

    • Payment is due upon acceptance.

    • Hoxeyville does not guarantee sales. Vendors are assured exclusivity in their media.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

Your vending payment is a commitment to Hoxeyville Music Festival, and is non-refundable.
