FEES & DETAILS

  • Vendors are required to notify the Wexford Co. District 10 Health Dept. of their intent to vend prior to the event.

  • Food vendors may serve from tents, trailers or food trucks. A 10'x10' tent space is $1500.

  • Any food truck or trailer wider than 10' requires at least a double booth fee, and is $2500. Food trucks automatically qualify as a double space. Dimensions greater than 25’ pay an additional $500. The $25 application fee is deducted from your total.

  • **Booth fees due online by June 1st for approved vendors. Single 10x10 tent booth=$1500, Double=$2500, >25’=$3000.

  • Single booth fees include 4 weekend wristbands, camping adjacent to your booth (for car/tent), and (1) 20-amp, 110V circuit each for lights and refrigeration.

  • Double + booth fees include up to 8 worker passes, and staff lists are collected prior to the event. Discounted Vendor RV passes are purchased separately on the Vendor page.

    INSURANCE

    Approved vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance naming Hoxeyville Productions LLC as additional insured.

    BANNED ITEMS

    Absolutely no sales of bottled or boxed water, single use plastic drink bottles, styrofoam or other non-recyclable materials. Clean, cold FREE well water stations are located at both corners of vendor village. Our commitment to waste stream reduction and our beautiful environment demand conscious choices by all at Hoxeyville.

    ARRIVAL TIME

    Vendors requested to arrive either between 5-7pm Wednesday, August 7 or 10am-Noon on Thursday, August 8. No vehicles may drive into the main venue after Thursday afternoon. 

    VENDOR CAMPING

  • Small RVs may be parked behind food vending booths, space depending. All vendors bringing a camper/RV require a Vendor RV pass purchased additionally.

  • Vendors' small enclosed storage trailers for product do not require an RV pass.

  • Please carpool, parking space for vendors near the venue is limited.

    IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Children of vendors 12 and under are free, and must be wristbanded. Ages 13+ require paid weekend admission. Children of any age are not allowed to wander grounds or visit the kids tent for activities without parents or guardians. If your children will not stay at your booth, please make alternate arrangements for them.

  • Absolutely no pets. Legitimate service dogs only. See Rules.

  • Hoxeyville does not guarantee sales. We strive to ensure exclusivity of menu for vendors.

  • No vending outside of your designated booth space, no walking vendor passes issued.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Your vending payment is a commitment to Hoxeyville, and is non-refundable.
